Your Capital is a Settlement. You rule the entire Settlement as its formal governmental authority, whether that be as a monarchy, oligarchic mayoral tenure, or republic. Your income is tax money from the population, expressed as labor, agricultural products, & some loose coin. You also rule the fertile lands surrounding the Settlement; in truth, your total realm’s population is maybe twice what the Settlement’s Families alone number.
You have no special features. Unless otherwise stated, your rules are as what’s stated as default.
