Hidden Factions
A hidden Faction is trying to hide itself from others, or from a specific Faction. It may only be trying to hide a specific secret (such as that it’s actually the Subfaction of a different Faction). It suffers a -1 penalty to all Actions for as long as it continues to hide secrets.
A hidden Faction is revealed to everyone if it suffers a Fumble on a Save while trying to be hidden, & cannot hide itself thereafter.
