Role in the Scenario
- He built Glass. He’s the axis for the entire empire’s history.
- Persuading him is a valid means of obtaining legitimacy for conquest, or to re-stabilize the realm after conquest via obtaining blessing.
- It is also a potential victory for parties who’d rather delegate the role of “god” to an external justification. “Restore the rightful emperor.”
